Advance notice of out of office

One of the nice things about Outlook 2010 when used in conjunction with Exchange 2010 is that you get advanced notice that you will get an out of office BEFORE you send the email. This saves you spending loads of time composing an email only to get a reply that means you didn’t need to waste that time.

I believe it only works if the recipient is on the same Exchange Server but your colleagues are the people you email most of the time anyway so this is where its at its most useful.
